Anocca is a dynamic platform-based biotechnology company, based in modern labs in the Biovation Science Park in Södertälje.
We are leading the way to a new generation of cancer therapies that harness the power of the immune system. We are a young group of more than 80 people from over 30 countries, and we are growing rapidly.
At Anocca we have developed a proprietary, innovative biological platform for high-throughput, systematic interrogation of the human immune system with high precision, which is first aimed at enabling treatment of cancers.
With a range of novel capabilities, Anocca is continuing to deploy our proprietary technologies into new areas of research, while also focusing on bringing our first T-cell therapies for cancer to clinical trials using our own manufacturing capabilities.
Job description – IT Technician
Anocca is looking for someone able to deliver a great experience for our users with their IT issues and questions be it in the office, the cloud or the lab.
You’ll be able to take great pride in your work knowing that you are helping in the fight against cancer with every problem addressed!
Working at Anocca, your primary responsibly will be making sure that our users have what they need in their everyday work. It can be as simple as switching out a broken keyboard, or as complex as setting up data transfer workflows from lab-machines.

The dedicated inhouse IT department is in its early stages, and as such you will have the opportunity to help shape our path into the future, implementing what you see fit together with your colleagues and managers at Anocca. We welcome anything that can make us better.
The team is international, and work is conducted in English across the company.

Position Details:
· You will be working in our Södertälje Office.
· Position is full-time, permanent, with 6-months probation

Our IT Stack:
· Windows & Unix servers using Hyper-V technology
· Mac OS workstations and laptops, limited number of Windows machines
· Sharp Printers
· Cisco & HP networking
· Rapid7 & Netwrix
· Microsoft 365 as our cloud provider

What you will do:
· Assist users with their problems, questions, and deployments
· Respond to tickets
· Deploy new workstations and Windows computers connected to our lab-instruments
· Manage our on-premises AD as well as Azure AD & Microsoft 365
· Patch and route network as required
· Gather feedback on what our users need, and use that feedback to better help our users with their problems

Who you are:
· You are passionate about delivering high quality support
· You have knowledge and experience assisting users with their IT
· You have knowledge about the fundamentals of networking
· You are experienced in troubleshooting computer-related issues
· You have a great documentation ethic
· You keep up with best practices and apply that to your work
· You are comfortable working in a macOS, Windows and Linux environment
· You have strong English communications skills
