About the position
Perido is looking for an IT Helpdesk assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. The position is placed at their beautiful office located just outside of  Stockholm city.
Your daily tasks
In this assignment you will take on a broad and exciting role that offers an ever-changing workday. You will work closely among the employees in the IT-section where your main duties will consist of:
·       Support users during online meetings with e.g. MS Teams, Webex or similar tools
·       Operate audio and video equipment, including microphones, sound, speakers, video screens, projectors and video monitors
·       Support users during video, audio and multimedia presentations
·       Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor
Your qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to have previous experience of working in first-line support. You also need to have skilled knowledge of Microsoft (OS/ and Office) products to be able to perform your tasks in an efficient way. You have a high level of service orientation and experience in organizing work and prioritizing accordingly. Furthermore we believe that you enjoy teamwork and to communicate with team members, colleagues and external resources.

Requirements
·       Secondary education and relevant professional experience
·       Good knowledge of hardware environment (PC, printer, peripherals)
·       Good trouble shootings skills
·       Experience in a first-line support function
·       Willingness to work flexible hours between the core hours and out of office hours in exceptional cases  
·       Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (OS/Office)
·       Good command of English, spoken and written
Contract type and hours
Fulltime. Start ASAP, until end of June with possible extension.
