Join us as a department manager and you'll be running your own business from the start: Recruiting, training and managing your own team, planning your commercial activity and managing your stock to ensure you run a profitable business. It's not a nine-to-five desk job, so you'll need plenty of energy and a desire to work hands-on, in a customer orientated environment. You will work closely with your team, encouraging them to make decisions and to take on different responsibilities.

You are used to practice sport

So we are looking for
A graduate. Previous experience is a plus but not essential.
You're passionate about sport and are seeking a managerial role.
You're a passionate sportsman or sportswoman and you share the values of sport.
You're energetic and have a sense of responsibility, organisation and enthousiasm.
A service attitude and team spirit are your key strengths.
You want an active role where you'll be making decisions every day.
Knowledge of Swedish and English is essential.
Knowledge of French is useful but not essential.
