Junior Chemical Propulsion Engineer

The Junior propulsion engineer will be part of the Propulsion team and be responsible of supporting the technical developments of the projects including procurement of equipments, AIT, analysis in support of the architect. This shall include the respect of the projects constraints and the analysis of bot the suppliers and the customers constraints and wishes to the possible extent..
He / She will work and report to the Propulsion Team leader in cooperation with team and the projects. He/She will be responsible for the procurement and analyses process and will support the tests at suppliers and in OHB-Sweden.

Schedule and cost adherence
Business acquisition rate (number of acquisitions versus the number of bids)
Experience required:
A higher graduate university degree in aerospace, mechanical or equivalent. At least some months of practical experience in spacecraft propulsion technologies. Experience in planning, testing and analyzing fluid systems and high pressure using gases, propellants and simulants is a bonus. This includes pressure drops, fluid expansion, mass flow and sloshing. Working and knowledge of European Space Agency working methods is a plus but not essential.
Skills include rigorous analytical and synthetic work, communication, openness..
Fluent English is necessary, Swedish learning is encouraged.
