Rebtel is looking for a Junior CRM Manager

Ready to work hard and celebrate success together with a truly diverse team of 80 people with more than 30 different nationalities?

Responsibilities:

Actively implementing & improving the CRM strategy you have co-created with your colleagues
Be operationally responsible for all communication through our CRM tool
Increase User Lifetime by communicating at the right time, with the right message to the right user
Constantly evolve our tools, messages & channels
Coordinate all efforts with Acquisition, Customer Service & the Product Team


 

Requirements:

Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders
Structured and with attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables
Strong logical thinking skills
Previous experience of working in a professional environment
Degree in Marketing or Business
Proficient level of English is a requirement and Spanish is a big plus
