We're now looking to expand our team with an amazing junior recruiter. As part of Antler's recruiting team, you will play a key role in our team responsible for recruiting top talents in Europe. We're growing rapidly and are looking for people who'd like to grow with us. Responsibilities
Work together with the Head of Recruiting and other seniors to develop and execute on the recruiting strategy to identify and attract the best founders
Manage the recruiting platform
Write and post job descriptions across all relevant channels
Source and screen candidates and conduct video interviews
Coordinate the recruitment funnel
Organize and represent Antler at amazing events for potential participants in the Antler program
Ensure Antler has a strong voice in the startup ecosystem in Europe

Requirements
Strong passion for recruiting
Great people skills and experience preferred
Preferably some working experience with recruiting activities
Always on top of the latest recruiting trends
Excellent communications skills
Independent and proactive with a can-do attitude
Comfortable with quick changes, tight deadlines and ambiguity
Passion for entrepreneurship and believe the world needs more change-makers and innovators
