Junior Scientific Expert
We are currently looking for a Junior Scientific Expert to the European Centre for Disease Prevention.



The interim shall be requested to perform various tasks including:



• Support the work in the area of hepatitis B/C;
• Contribute to the surveillance of hepatitis at the EU/EEA level;
• Contribute to scientific studies on hepatitis; 
• Contribute to other activities as required.
Competences and experience

• In addition to the Framework contract profile requirement these specific competences and experience are required for the current assignment
• Strong scientific or social scientific background (university degree in biology, medicine, epidemiology or a related area)
• Knowledge of the field of hepatitis.
• Proven technical expertise in collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting surveillance data;
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
