Academic Work is, on behalf of our client CLX Communications, looking for a dedicated support technician with placement in Stockholm. In the role as a support technician, you will work with first-and second line support to the organization's internal employees. Here you will find the opportunity to learn more within Azure and Amazon web services. For you with great IT interest there are broad development opportunities!

This is a consultant assignment. Academic Work will be your employer and you will work as a consultant at CLX Communications AB. The assignment will be full time and ongoing. You're employment starts out with 6 months and provided that all parties are satisfied with the cooperation there are good opportunities to be extended.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a support representative you will be responsible for providing support to your organization's internal employees by receiving cases of different character from the case management system. In support you work with colleagues to help solve problems related to IT and technology.

For example, you will:


* Act first-and second line support
* Install and repair computers
* Answer/resolve cases in IT support
* Troubleshoot both hard- and software
* Account management in Active Directory and support systems
* Document solutions/guides

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
We are looking for you who have at least one-year experience working in supportrole considering knowledge in these areas:


* Good knowledge of OS (MAC OS and Windows)
* Good knowledge of Office 365
* Good knowledge in troubleshooting of hardware and replacement of components
* Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure
* Experience working in support of mobile devices (Smartphones etc.)
* A good understanding of Microsoft environments.


It will be considered an additional qualification if you are…


* Fluent in English, both speaking and writing


As a person, you like problem solving and enjoy taking a lot of personal responsibility. You have a good social ability and customize your work based on the nature of the matter. At the same time, you enjoy giving a good experience to users by utilizing your educational ability when explaining solutions to problems. In this role, you also need to work quality conscious, and therefore perform tasks without ignoring details.
