About the position:

ELITS is now searching to fill a position for as a System administrator in Karlskrona, Sweden. As a system administrator your main competencies should be within Windows servers and virtualization technologies. You will be part of a team responsible for the operation of server environments in an enterprise level architecture. The focus is on high availability and performance.

The tasks are divided to both individual and work in projects. It is important that you have a great ability to co-operate with customers, suppliers and colleagues. The ability to handle teamwork and co-operation is an important skill to maintain a high standard and a quality delivery to our customers.

Qualifications:

We see that you have some kind of experience(Practical/theoretical) in the following areas:

- Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008 R2
- Microsoft Windows Terminal Server 2003/2008 R2
- Virtualization products such as VMware

Soft skills:

- Good customer service skills
- Good written and communication skills (English and Swedish)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to learn quickly
- Good attitude
