The company offers a web based service for hospitals and specialists to exchange medical images and reading services. RxEye facilitates that patients get a faster and more accurate diagnosis and consequently, receive improved care and patient safety. The company is present in Scandinavia and Northern Europe, with a rapid pace of expansion.


Profile
We are now looking for a language skilled international Sales & BID Manager, who will be a key resource in contributing to the company growth. The Sales & BID manager will be part of the RxEye Sales Team. The work is driven by focus, clear assignments and continuous measurement of KPIs, e.g. target fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Experience of working internationally in B2B/B2G and Key Account Management are prerequisites for the candidate. As the Company?s core industry is Healthcare and its backbone infrastructure, experience from these areas are beneficial for the candidate.

The right candidate will among others, be responsible for managing bids in response to Request For Proposals (RFPs) from customers. The Bid Manager will orchestrate the creation of the solution and proposal, ensuring compliance with customers needs and our company requirements. The above requires qualifications within administration.

Skills & experience
-A team and service minded person with international experience
-Experience of working with bid proposals containing regulatory aspects and economical calculations for the entire bid, internally as well from third partner services.
-Ability to work and interact with colleagues as well as our customers Key Decision Makers
-Able to document, communicate and demonstrate our company technology to enhance better care and broaden the understanding and the benefits of using it.

Personal strengths:
- Excellent planning and project management skills;
- Strong oral and written communication in one of the Scandinavian, English and preferably other European languages
- Flexible and able to work towards tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Proactive and able to identify and realise innovative opportunities to enhance the reputation of the business
- Outstanding attention to details
-Service minded
-Administrative skills

You will be communicating with a wide range of decision makers within Healthcare, e.g regional Healthcare executives, managers, clinicians and hospital management, both within public and privately owned Healthcare providers.
