Main responsibilities - To act as support function for the key client manager in preparation of performance figures, reporting and other marketing related tasks - Manage and respond to pricing and service inquiries - Develop and maintain good working relationship with the client both globally as well as locally - Instrumental in global budgets, forecasts and business related to the Key Client team - Ensure quality standards are maintained - Ensure MARS contracts are fully updated - Responsible for outstanding / overdue management within respective area (including Disputed invoices) - Responsible for area forecasting and space allocation (foresight) on specific trades Your profile - Experienced in a similar role is preferred but not essential - Independent and initiative - we are a small team - Responsible - the client is one of Maersk Line's top global clients and all actions have global implications - Fluent in English, oral and written - Ability to successfully communicate and negotiate at all levels in an organization - Structured approach to problem solving Expected learning experience - How to deal with a large, high profile global client - Knowledge of many systems - Insight into the strategy process - Learning what is included in the executive sponsorship - Working with and understanding tenders - How contract management interacts with route management - General Sales work and Customer Service knowledge Preferred startdate is as soon as possible.We do not accept applications by mail or e-mail.
