Kitchen chef - Chinese cuisine
Work Place: Lund, Skåne, Sweden.
It is a small Chinese restaurant in Lund with a long history. Our vision is to bring both traditional and modern Chinese food from different regions in China to the city in an affordable way.
We are now looking for a chef for the restaurant. As a chef, your main objectives will be to deliver a broad variety of Chinese dishes and to maintain the brand standards as well as the high hygiene standards in Sweden.
Our new chef must be hard working, highly passionate about food and open-minded about new dishes. You should have extensive experience with modern as well as traditional Chinese cuisine, especially cuisine from Canton and Si Chuan. You should also know how to make Cantonese Dim sum and sushi. In addition, you must have excellent knife skills, food preparation skills, as well as the ability of handling high work tempo during peak hours. You must be good at Chinese to ensure good collaboration with others working in the restaurant. Ability to speak and understand Swedish or English is a plus.
The position is full-time with a minimum duration of two years with possibility of extension.
