Three Sixty Monex a leading provider company of international person to person money transfer services in Sweden, in search of qualified Customer Care Service Provider for new operations in Stockholm. This person will provide high quality customer care services to customers in person and on the telephone.

Responsabilities:
Customer Care Relations
Communicate and attend customers with all realated to information of our services
Established, organized and maintain customers' files
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Skills Required:

Must have a minimum of 3 years in a customer service related field. Preferably in the money transfer business or similar financial service industry position.
Must be able to exercise mature judgement in organizing and prioritizing aresponsabilities.
Ability to work discreetly and with confidence
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong computer skills in Word, Excel,Outlook and Power Point
Must have total command of the Spanish and English languages
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independent of immediate supervision
Must be a quick learner and team player
