Laboratory Assistant

Our customers are within the Pharmaceutical-, Biotech- and Medtech companies. An opportunity exists as Laboratory Assistant. This is a temporary position initial until the end of the year located in Uppsala Sweden. Preferably the candidate starts as soon as possible.

The Role

The aim of the job is to prepare chemical solutions for Quality Control Chromatography Analysis, for example salt solutions (buffert solutions). The work requires a high amount of own initiative since the solutions must be prepared in advance, according to a complex planning list.

Preferred experience

The successful candidate has a bachelor degree in Chemistry or at least two years of chemical studies at university level, preferably combined with relevant work experience. Hands-on laboratory experience is merited. You as a candidate have the ability to independently plan and prioritize between given assignments and you´re a fast learner who is able to contribute with just a few days introduction and on-site education.
Good communication and social skills are vital and we expect well rounded computer skills and fluency in Swedish.
