Laboratory Engineer, Physical Testing

Then the role of Laboratory Engineer in Physical Testing may be ideal for you!

As a laboratory engineer, you will provide projects, platforms and other customers with laboratory test data accompanied by documented analysis and statistical input. Support the development and implementation of new and/or improved materials, products and concepts to meet customer needs.

We are now looking for two potential consultants for an assignment with our client, Mölnlycke.  Mölnlycke is a world-leading medical solutions company, located in Gothenburg.

Responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities may include:
Accountable for execution of methods and delivery of accurate data in the lab 
Ensure safe, compliant and efficient ways of working in the lab 
To secure compliance within assigned area 
Identify recommendations for purchase of lab test equipment 
Identify method development needs 
Maintain laboratory test methods and knowledge sharing 
Decision mandate in accordance to appointed roles in QMS and  projects
Decision of data quality and correctness
Decision on data statistical significance


Qualifications
Essential Requirements 
Knowledge in working with development and validation of test methods and instruments 
Basic understanding of Global Regulatory Requirements and standards related to medical device 
Basic understanding in Design control  
Technical competence in laboratory methods 
Fluent English written and spoken  
Good communication skills
