Last Mile Coordinator

Do you want to manage and develop our expanding services for parcel distribution (last mile)? We are currently looking for a last mile coordinator to be a core part of the Operations team, working closely with Head of Post-Purchase Experience, with topics such as deliveries, returns, and track & trace. We have set up an extensive linehaul network and has a constantly increasing portfolio of last mile service providers, shipping to over 100 countries per month and we are soon to open our second warehouse, in Sweden. The position is based in Sweden at our HQ in Gothenburg with occasional travel to our warehouses in Helmond, Netherlands and Landskrona, Sweden.

Your future

- You will work proactively to coordinate and manage all last mile activities including outbound deliveries, returns, and track & trace
- Take full responsibility for daily delivery- and returns transportation services forecasting and follow-up on actual performance of service providers
- Develop and utilize reporting tools and systems to compile and analyze data to constantly improve our services
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other key areas of the business such as customer service, fulfillment, B2B, and 3PL providers
- Maintain and advance external relationships with international and domestic service providers (delivery companies and linehaul providers)
- Troubleshoot and take care of pressing issues that arise from daily operations
- Always strive to exceed customer expectations while maintaining reasonable service- and cost levels


Your skills

- Degree in logistics, supply chain, or relevant field of study is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience within a last mile, warehouse, logistics, or other ecommerce operations role is required
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical for success
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, positively handle conflict and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
- Knowledge of European logistics market, key service providers, import/export topics, and experience from working with ERP systems is a plus


Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

Language: Working proficiency in Swedish and English are required, other European languages are a plus
