We are now looking for a Launch Manager that should coordinate and support the different Product projects with all surrounding material around the Product Launch such as Packaging, Documentations, Variant handling, Ramp up plans towards the factories, Coordination with Business partner, etc. Launch Manager is to conduct a wide variety of Project Management activities across multiple internal and external groups to accomplish Product Implementations and Product Launch.

 Major responsibilities

• Full E2E Project Management for Product Implementations & Coordination/Assistance with Business partner.
• Volume management towards production factory.
• Variant configuration. 
• Transport and customer Packaging development.
• In box and other documentation necessary. Includes also Maintenance of these documents life time wise.
• Responsible for Project Pre-Planning, Execution, Wrap-Up, and Lessons Learned Activities
• Manage 3rd Party Processor and Retailer Relationships as Required
• Resolve Internal Trouble Tickets and Provide Assistance to Internal Support Teams as Needed
• Coordinate and Manage All Special Projects or Miscellaneous Assignments as Required
• Maintain a Good Working Knowledge of Company’s Products and Technologies
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Various Areas of the Business


The role also implies to team up with people inside and outside the home organization for new product opportunities and close customer engagement. 

Competence profile 

• Education: Master of Science or Bachelor degree (or equivalent) 
• At least 5 years experience from similar work
• Capable of Project management
• Experienced in commercial interfaces
• High ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to changes, flexible and innovative
• Team player
• Able to work in a distributed and international organization
• Customer focused, good business and market understanding and capable of seeing the big picture
• Understanding of Lean and Agile methodologies
• Accountability & Ownership
• Very good interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Fluent in oral and written English and have good presentation skills

We will be located in Västra Hamnen in Malmö, Sweden in modern and inspiring office with easy access to public communication services. We target to be around 75 people within various areas from Creation, Development, Sourcing and S&M. Our main owner is one of the strongest Chinese company within the mobile industry.
