We are now looking for a Lead Engineer SW build.

 

Description

You will be part of the Software & Controls organization within Powertrain/Chassis. The organization is responsible for requirement setting, design/implementation and testing for Software intense systems in the Powertrain/Chassis domain.

The amount of Software and electronics in modern cars continue to increase and the prognosis is that it will increase even more in the future. A vast majority of new functionality in vehicles includes Software & Controls. As Lead Engineer SW build you will lead the work connected to the SW build environment. The build environment must support several projects and use interface towards configuration management tools such as GIT.

The role involves:

- Develop SW build strategies.
- Make SW releases.
- Develop and maintaining a SW build environment.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

- University engineering education.
- Relevant engineering experience, 5-10 years
- Domain knowledge Automotive.
- Domain knowledge SW build.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Driver license B

 

To be successful in this role, you need to:

- Have customer focus and be Business Acumen
- Be problem solving, creative and open minded.
- Be easy to work with

Have good communication skills Have the ability to plan and prioritize, but also be able to deal with Ambiguity

Terms

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
