Lead Motion Designer F/M/X

Responsibilities: 
Develop and execute motion graphics and animation for product systems.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and developers, to create engaging and effective content.
Lead the development and execution of design projects from concept to final production, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand standards.
Stay current with industry trends and technology, and integrate new tools and techniques into design work.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping to grow and develop their skills.
Present design concepts and solutions to clients, and incorporate feedback to refine work.



Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in motion graphics and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, and After Effects.
Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to apply them to motion graphics and animation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience leading design projects and providing mentorship to junior team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
