Lead Product Manager within Nasdaq Nordic Fixed Income

Our Nordic Fixed Income business is now looking for a new Lead Product Manager to join the European Fixed Income Cash & Derivatives team. Nordic Fixed Income is responsible for product development, sales and key account management of listing, trading and clearing of fixed income products in primarily the Nordic region. You will be part of a small, but highly experienced team located in both Sweden and Denmark to further develop our offerings to the market. In this role, you will be leading all phases of new product development of Fixed Income products, including research and design, financing, pricing, marketing, sales and distribution. Additionally, you will be:

* Translating customer demands into technically developed products
* Driving the development process, including marketing and strategy
* Performing analysis and preparing forecasts and recommendations in the areas of product preferences, sales coverage, market penetration, market practices and sales trends
* Building a funnel for product development ideas and get key stakeholders onboard to realize commercial opportunities
* Researching market conditions to determine potential sales of a product
* Driving projects towards internal stakeholders, such as technical development, operations and legal
* Staying abreast of the competitive landscape and industry trends

Requirements:

* Education Required: MBA or Master degree in Finance or related discipline or Bachelor degree with pertinent work experience
* Solid work experience within fixed income
* Good knowledge of financial markets and fixed income
* Detailed knowledge of the Nordic Fixed Income market
* Excellent language skills in written and spoken English and Swedish

Additionally, you have experience with driving initiatives and projects, and following through to the end.
