* 8+ Years of Consumer-Tech Design Experience: You've crafted elegant, consumer-focused experiences for over 8 years in tech.
* System Thinker & Tech Enthusiast: You naturally think in systems and embrace the tech-side of design, understanding code as the building blocks of our digital products.
* Brand-sensitive Design Virtuoso: You effortlessly design within brand guidelines, always pushing for fresh and contemporary design ideas.
* Collaborative Innovator: A strong collaborator, engaging with various stakeholders from marketing to engineering, and an avid believer in collaboration's power.
* Visual Design Maestro: Proven skills in visual/graphic design, layout, motion, and typography design.
* Design System Advocate: Proficient in building and maintaining design libraries or systems, empowering design teams internally and externally.
* People-Focused Design Mentality: Always seeking user feedback to refine design instincts, whether through hands-on research or quantitative A/B tests.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design System Leadership Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of our design system together with designers, engineers and product partners. Define and enforce design guidelines, patterns, and best practices to ensure a unified and delightful user experience.
2. Collaborative Design Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to integrate the design system into our product development process. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure alignment with the design system and overall design direction.
3. Documentation and Training Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the design system, ensuring ease of use and understanding for all team members. Provide training and support to designers and developers to encourage proper utilization and understanding of the design system.
4. Quality Assurance Ensure the consistency and quality of design assets and implementations across various platforms and devices.
5. Research and Innovation Lead Designer - Mobile Design Systems 3 Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design advancements to continuously improve the design system and incorporate innovative solutions.
