Emerson Process Management's Rosemount TankRadarABdivision in Gothenburg is a leading provider of radar-based level and tank gauging solutions for the marine, oil & gas and process industry markets.The company has tripled its sales in the last 10 years.It now has a turnover of more than 1 billion SEK and employs over 400 people worldwide.To support our rapid growth and expansion into new areas we are now adding a number of positions.The company is a part of Emerson, a global technology and engineering corporation with over 140,000 employees and more than USD 20 billion in sales.The very fast growing Process Level business unit is now looking for a Leader for the product management team.The responsibility of the product management team covers a range of radar based level instruments including options and user software.The nature of the work is both strategic and operational.Primary objective of the position is to provide leadership for the product management team and to[ secure the long-term competitiveness, customer value and profitability of the product lines.Your tasks includes the responsibility to: * Analyze customer requirements and define product requirements for new developments and extensions together with your team. * Develop and maintain the roadmap together with your team, Marketing, Engineering and the Portfolio Manager. * Secure the profitability of the product line including financial analysis of product propositions and developing value based pricing proposals. * Tracking customer satisfaction and product performance. * Actively compare product performance and attractiveness with competitor developments. * Ensure that root causes are addressed for any potential quality issues or customer satisfaction concerns. * Ensure successful product roll-outs together with your team The position require a highly result oriented individual with excellent analytical skills.Our business environment is very international why you also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.You have a degree in Engineering and a solid background of product management.You are very driven, enjoy multitasking and are able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Welcome with your application in English by using the apply button or the link below, no later than September 14th.[
