Work closely with business leadership to accelerate the culture change necessary to support the Repligen Performance System.
Provide ongoing support to multiple teams.
Help teams identify new projects through value stream mapping, data analysis and daily management systems.
Locally coordinate and maintain a funnel of projects to meet productivity goals
Work with the global team to develop/promote/standardize the Repligen Performance System further.

You will report to Vice President Operations, based in US, and have a dotted line to Vice President European Operations, based in Lund. This position will not have any direct reports, but will work closely with Lean Ambassadors on site, who dedicate part of their time to Lean work activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, operations or business.
5+ years’ Lean Practitioner experience and a ‘hands-on’ track record of implementing successful Toyota Production System / lean fundamentals including elements such as:

Proven track record for developing, training, and coaching teams.

Preferences
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills and the ability to influence leadership and all organisation levels.
A holistic and flexible thinker who can look enterprise-wide to integrate and streamline systems.
