Unit Description
The Operations Support staff function within Husqvarna Division Manufacturing supports nine factories globally in areas of Husqvarna Operating System (HOS)/Lean, manufacturing engineering, logistics, quality, IT and EHS .
This position supports the six European factories. All Husqvarna Group's Lean Managers are functionally belonging to a group HOS Core Team community for continued training, networking and development.

Your role/Your future challenge
The Lean Manager provides direction and leadership in the area of continuous improvement by developing and implementing the Lean based Husqvarna Operating System at the six supported factories in Northern Europe.
With HOS, Husqvarna Operating System, as the framework you:
. Coordinate and support HOS activities in factories
. Coach and challenge factories regarding HOS structure, priorities, methods and tools
. Monitor implementation plans in pursuit of plant goals, coach in KPI and project monitoring
. Conduct Lean training, lead/support workshops and events
. Coordinate/lead specific projects supporting factories
. Participate in the group HOS Core Team activities with networking, continued training as well as development of the general HOS roll out strategic plans, initiatives, activities, training and printed materials.

Who you are
An internationally experienced manager with minimum Bachelor's degree and five years of Lean Manufacturing experience, including implementation experience across multiple sites. You are well trained in Lean manufacturing and similar operations and quality development techniques.

We require:
. Previous experience in leading Lean transformation for factories and their supply chain flows.
. Practical experience leading Kaizen events and teaching and coaching Lean manufacturing tools.
. High degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics flows, quality processes and JIT is required.
. Experience of Value Stream Mapping and fabrication and assembly automation is advantageous.
. Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to teach, coach and persuade in English and preferably in Swedish is required.

As a person you have strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong planning and organization skills with a high attention to detail. You have good interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills. You are results oriented and manages effectively multiple priorities simultaneously and meets set deadlines. You have the ability to adapt to changes and knows how to prioritize work.

This position is located in Huskvarna, Sweden.
Travelling is needed to efficiently support the six different sites in Northern Europe.
