We are looking for a talented individual to strengthen our factory team at Huskvarna Manufacturing; a Lean Specialist who wants to take the lead in productivity programs and lean development within the organization. Your role
As Lean Specialist you will have an important role in the factory and will challenge core business processes and ensure the process alignment with business needs while improving operational productivity. You are in a leading position and will work on constantly evolving our lean framework. You will lead and execute change management to ensure alignment with Huskvarna Manufacturing's long-term strategy. We have up until now set a lean base and are in the future heading towards a fully automated factory.
In your role as Lean Specialist, you also have the responsibility to educate, guide and coach managers and teams within the lean principles, maximize customer value and minimize waste.

Who you are
To thrive in this role, you are structured, analytical and creative. You should enjoy working alone as well as in groups. You have pedagogical and excellent communication skills which can be applied at all levels of the organization and you are comfortable speaking English as well as Swedish. You must be an outgoing, high energy person who is comfortable motivating and inspiring others. You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent with specialization in technology and/or economics and have prior experience in introducing and implementing lean concepts. You possess a solid knowledge based on practical experience in all aspects of lean manufacturing, such as the Toyota Production System, Kaizen methods, TPM, JIT, SMED, VSM. You have previously demonstrated the ability to fulfill the responsibilities you have been assigned.
