We look for you with significant experience in global learning and development to take on the role as our Learning & Development Manager, EMEA.
Responsible for implementing and managing the global strategy for L&D within EMEA.
. Implement and manage global L&D processes in EMEA, such as Talent Management, Performance Management, global leadership and manager programs
. Manage and design EMEA specific L&D activities, such as Key Talent Identification, Critical positions and Succession planning
. Further develop functional trainings.
. Oversee development and delivery of learning programs based on current and anticipated business requirements
This role is located in Lund, Sweden. You report to VP, HR EMEA & Americas and the job will require some travelling within EMEA and to Japan. The main interfaces of the role is L&D organization globally, regional managers, regional HR organizations, external training providers.
. Significant experience in global learning and development (e.g. Talent Management, Performance Management)
. Recognized strategic mindset and business perspective on competence development
. Experience in implementing and managing global L&D processes
. Demonstrated success in managing numerous global projects or initiatives simultaneously
. Design and delivery of global leadership programs
. Recognized good facilitation and pedagogical skills
. Strong coaching skills
. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
. Fluent in writing and speaking English
