Arbetsbeskrivning

The Learning & Development Manager will lead the development & Design of programs and processes in support of the Corporate Strategic Plan Mission and Vision.

This includes the development and deployment of programs across organisation, e.g implementing processes from Global to local. When necessary, determines costs/benefits and makes recommendations to address those needs.

Manage a small team to implement a comprehensive, fit for purpose learning proposition
Project lead the work with strategic competence sourcing
Produce organizational strategy and plans to meet development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.
Design, develop and deliver a range of organization development solutions that support the transformation of our business and its people.
Tailor international learning programs to the local business requirements if relevant and implement learning programs to support leadership development, behavioral training at all levels and technical training where required
Support talent management initiatives through learning interventions
Plan departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organizational planning and budgeting systems.
Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed.
Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external providers.
Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.
Liaise with external learning vendors to ensure the best individuals are sourced to provide learning requirements

The position is responsible for the alignment with the business, the effectiveness of learning methods and the efficiency of the L&D function including the Business Service Center delivery towards E.on Sweden.

Experience & education requirements

University Degree
Must have experience in building a strategic learning and development interventions that aligns to business objectives using a variety of methods
Proven ability in partnering with a business to deliver a comprehensive learning activities
Proven experience in the design, delivery and implementation of complex learning activities and blended learning solutions
Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain good relationships.
Creative in approach to problem solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swedish
Proven ability in managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
Outward looking, curious, searching for continuous improvement and new insights
