We are searching for a collaborator to the function Risk Management & Legal Services. Your role is to develop and propose an IPR strategy for Roxtec, and to execute it after management’s decision.

Other work tasks include:
• Maintain, develop and evaluate Roxtec’s IPR portfolio according to selected strategy.
• Create conditions for a sound long-term IPR portfolio.
• Examine and evaluate possibilities of protection and risk of intrusion in connection with product development together with Product Management.
• Act as contact person for the Roxtec Group in questions regarding IPR and NDA.
• Help with support and information for the contact person handling intrusion issues.
• Educate and inform about IPR and NDA within the Roxtec Group.
• Continuously follow global changes and development within the IPR area.
• You are responsible for contract reviews with all Roxtec subsidiaries and will participate in creating a policy and attestation routine regarding sales contracts and in updating and sharing knowledge about sanctions and exportation restrictions according to valid policy.

Qualifications:
• University degree in law preferably with a complementing economics diploma at university level or an engineering diploma with a complementing education in patent rights
• 3-5 years of experience from a similar position
• Experience from project work
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• High integrity
