Infrastructure & Onsite Services (IOS) is the unit in charge of all Volvo Group IT infrastructure and onsite services.


Quality & security
Quality and security is a new function providing to every IT delivery team within Volvo Group the capacity to operate efficiently their IT quality and security.
Our mission is functionally driving and steering IT quality and IT Security across the entire IT-delivery organizations of the Volvo Group based on 4 pillars:

Within Quality and Security, Service Request and IT Vendor Management ‘s mission is to support the entire IT-delivery organizations of the Volvo Group based within 3 areas:
onetime delivery thanks to a fast and agile organization,
software and services ordering, invoice reconciliation and cost allocation to ensure traceability and quality,
staffing function in order to provide the support and right competence and the right capacity at the right time.

License Office
License goal is to facilitate ways of working, using established processes and tools to efficiently drive global software licensing and service ordering. License as global request handling function helps to secure efficient request handling according to customers’ demands. Acts as a single point of contact within IT-delivery organizations of the Volvo Group.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Licence Management Specialist to be responsible for ensuring that all IT Licences and associated work packages within the appointed area are purchased and invoiced according to contracted supplier obligations, including financial. His/Her focus will be to secure the good management and follow up of the purchase orders and invoices in close collaboration with Volvo stakeholders and with the suppliers. He/She will work in close collaboration with various stakeholders inside as well as outside the Volvo Group.

So, this is what he/she will do:
Managing of Purchase Orders and suppliers’ invoice reconciliation in our purchasing tool EBD in a timely and accurate manner,
Ensuring the correctness of the invoice data, managing disputes,
Collaborate with the providers to secure timely information flow,
Participate and contribute appropriately in discussions related to invoices, with all Finance stakeholders and in reconciliation meetings.
