Line Equipment Engineer - Filling

We are looking for a Line equipment engineer to secure and improve the portfolio of filling solutions that we offer our customers. The position offers the possibility to work in an innovative and result oriented team.


Automation & Line equipment is a part of the Line engineering organisation and we have the role to support development and customer projects with competences within Automation, Line equipment, Filling and Thermal process technology. In the area of filling we translate the needs of our customers to requirement specifications to filling solution 3rd party suppliers.


Travel will be required appr. 50 days.


Main responsibilities

-Participate in development projects introducing new or improved filling solutions into the Tetra Recart packaging system.
-Create requirement specifications, evaluate and select solutions.
-Define test-specifications, perform tests and participate in validation activities.
-Prepare technical documentation to support our sales and installation projects.
-Support our sales organisation with filling technology expertise and sample analysis in order to recommend filling solutions in customer projects.
-Develop and maintain methods for filling validation in development environment and industrial scale.




Qualifications


To be successful in this position you need to be a self-motivated person with a drive to seek knowledge and add value to the team and organization and also to deliver result. You have great networking skills and an ability to work across borders.


You have a University degree in engineering. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.


You also have at least 5 years work experience from working with industrial machinery for the food industry as a mechanical designer, test engineer or service engineer. Experience from equipment filling food are considered an additional qualification.
