Line Manager

Our Cyber Security business unit develops products and services to increase the level of cyber security in Saabs portfolio. The rapid ongoing digitalization demands continuously improved and updated cyber security capability and data protection to maintain the privacy, integrity and availability of data and systems.

We develop a secure cloud based platform that takes full advantage of the benefits of virtualisation without compromising cyber security including tool chains that enables continuous compliance with high release velocity.

Your role

We are expanding and are looking for a line manager that would like to be a part of our business. As a line manager you will be responsible for 10-15 employees and consultants working in teams to implement, support and deliver our product. One prioritized mission is to handle the recruitment and to grow the organisation. You will also support our co-workers development by giving feedback and setting up individual goals. In this role you will be working close with both the teams, our product owner and other line manager.


Your profile

To succeed in this role we also expect you to:

* Have documented leadership skills, which could be as a line manager, project manager or team leader
* Have a master of science or relevant
* Be experienced in working in a team-oriented, collaborative and innovative environment
* Develop effective, reasonable and doable solutions to problems
* Clearly take a stand in different questions
* Experience in agile ways of working
* Have a technical background from hands-on development of software, cloud solutions, cyber security solutions or other relevant

As a person you are a truly "doer" willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to help the product move forward. You have a collaborative mind-set and you are a true team player that encourages an open, trustful and innovative climate. You are a confident communicator in both Swedish and English. Your share information in a clear and easy way, both verbally and in writing. Last but not least, you prefer leadership rather than management.
