We are now looking for Line Organization Support.

  

Description

The Administration Support Group is a vital part of the Engineering & Product Development department, where we secure the availability of administrative support and skills. Our main focus is to support the Senior Directors, Directors and Managers regarding time consuming work such as travel administration, financial forecasts, issuing purchase requests, etc. You will be a part of a team that assure a common way of work as well as having a close network of experience and knowledge. We are a flexible team.

The group will operate in “the NEVS way”-spirit, where we support each other. An open environment where focus is to deliver accordingly for the company as well for the group.

 

Since the group is under development, there are good possibilities to influence and bring new approaches in our future processes.

 

The role as Line Organization Support involves:

- Handling Purchase Requests and Delegated Purchases within the department.
- Handling all Travel administration within the department.
- Some financial work e.g. forecasts, actuals, analysis, follow ups.
- Contractor related work follow ups, requisitions, time tracking
- Promote Code of Conduct and Sustainability
- Back up for the Front Desk (entrance technical reception)
- Responsible for optimize the map lay-outs and execution thereof, furnishing as good as availability permits, make sure that conference rooms have good standard and equipment
- Having appropriate knowledge of major projects, e.g. program gates, customers, visits

  

 

We are looking for someone who has:

- Good MS Office skills
- Good proficiency in verbal and written Swedish and English
- Driver license B

 

To be successful in this role, you need to be:

- Creative and solution-oriented.
- Organized and distinct.
- Good at communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Abel to plan and prioritize.
- Good at taking responsibility for your quality and deliveries

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
