Logistics officer, Freight Invoice Auditing

Description
We are in the need to strengthen our Logistics department with a Logistics officer who will work with:  

-       Freight invoice auditing

-       Transport bookings (both parts and finished vehicles, inbound as well as outbound

-       Ensure that billed freight services are compliant with valid rate files and agreements

-       Re-billing of freight service costs

-       Capturing freight data and creating reports


Qualifications
We are looking for some one who has:

-       good knowledge of freight rate calculation

-       at least 5 yearsexperience in the logistics area, specifically freight invoice audit and transport planning and booking

-       experience from using different relevant tools and IT systems



To be successful in this role you need to have:
-ability to work as a team

- functional and technical skills
- ability to solve problems

 
You can speak and write well in English and Swedish.
