Logistics Specialist
The Role
• Be proactive to support, co-ordinate and monitor customer order process from order entry to shipment planning / service order to invoice. Also give active support of pre-sales or report if need. Ensure timely and accurate data input.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order accomplishment, track the spare parts delivery schedule and give feedback.
• Service KPI monitor. Raise red flag for any risk or bottleneck with proposal.
• System master data maintenance including equipment data and other required information collection.
• Documentation timely for customer contracts, work order and other relative files.
• Support operation on local inventory management and ensure the inventory accuracy by stock counting termly.
• Stick to company SOP and policy. Verify approval process before any physical Logistics activity
• Be prepared on special project assignment
• Handle daily shipments
