Payroll Administrator
You will work in our Head Office located in Stockholm city, and be a part of the administrative Payroll team of 5 persons. As a Payroll Administrator you will mainly be working with salaries for Nordic countries and your tasks will in general include;
- Working on project of improving payroll process in Nordic countries
- Keep a high service level to the stores, daily contact with the Managers
- Keep track of any kind of absence from the stores
- Contact person to the stores employees regarding questions concerning salaries
- Updating of the employees database
- Monthly reports to the Management team
- Make sure we follow the collective agreement in each country
