As a Maintenance Technician with us, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our value chain. You'll be responsible for maintaining and developing operational reliability, conducting corrective and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Do:
You will maintain and Develop Operational Reliability to keep our operations running smoothly by identifying and addressing potential issues across the value chain. You willconduct Maintenance Activities such as perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize the performance of our machinery and equipment.Drive Continuous Improvement by beingat the forefront of innovation, and actively participating in initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. You willrecord and report by maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and observations, ensuring accountability and traceability. Last but not least you'llbe responsive to the maintenance of the fulfilment centre by periodically beingon-call to respond promptly to any operational issues, providing immediate assistance and conducting post-incident analysis for preventive measures.
What You'll Need:
Relevant Background and Education: Formal expertise in electrical, automation, or industrial mechanics.
Industrial Experience: Experience in a technical role within an industrial setting, demonstrating practical knowledge and skills.
