Description

We are looking for an individual that has experience managing operations in a fast past environment. Comfortable managing several ongoing initiatives at a time. Willing to take on new challenges, comfortable with uncertainty, the ability to clarify requirements, explore the alternatives available to improve processes.

We are looking for someone that can work independently, but can also serve a junior role within a team when required.

The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

This role will require you to conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, meet with clients and give presentations.

Attend offsite meetings and conduct supplier evaluations in nearby cities. Work with clients to define requirements, conduct discovery sessions and industry research, develop solutions to address business needs, and work to implement and sustain solutions.

Encourage an atmosphere of collaboration across departments and with clients. Provide subject area leadership and coordinate multiple studies or projects.

Support business developers through issue identification, and recommend and implement solutions for complex problems. Identify leads for sales and potential growth initiatives.
