Do you want to step into a challenging role in an innovative and a focus area? We are looking for a manager for our Customer Analytics unit within Customer IT Sweden.


About the position
The Customer Analytics team together with our technology partners takes care of development and maintenance of solutions within analytics and insights. Analytics solutions is a growth area for Vattenfall IT, where we see an increasing interest from our business stakeholders. Our group provides support in analytics solutions, support in how data can be used for analytics, build dashboards and BI solutions, provide advice for new BI tools and data management strategies, advice and create storage solutions and enable data accessibility through integrated source systems. We operate a state-of-the-art analytics platform in Microsoft Azure. You will lead a team of 18 team members and 10 consultants located in Solna, you will report to the Manager of Customer IT Sweden. You will also closely collaborate with your two sister units, within Web and digital solutions and Billing and contracts.


As manager for Customer & Analytics you:
• Are the IT counterpart for business managers, building trustful relationships internally.
• Have a strategic mindset, both to support the business and the team in kicking off innovative ideas and to support the management team in development work on an overall level
• Understand the business needs and promote leveraging managed data as an enterprise asset
• Have a strong focus on team member development and sufficient technical knowledge to challenge your team members
• Are responsible for recruitment both for replacements and growth
• Are a facilitative manager that practices lean-agile management techniques
• Drive cooperation with other technology partners to ensure a lean maintenance organization
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing internal and external to VIT


The Customer Analytics team:
• Is a multicultural group of skilled and interested developers and solutions designers, with a great ambiance among each other
• Develops innovative solutions as well as maintain existing
• Work with an agile approach with close collaboration with the business. The agile approach also facilitates doing development and maintenance within the agile teams
• Supports the customer facing stakeholders within Vattenfall; Customer and Solutions (Sales), Customer Service, Distribution and Heat


We are looking for:
• University degree, an MSc or similar.
• Experience as a manager from leading large teams
• Experience from Data and Analytic tools and software or Certifications can be a merit
• Can communicate unhindered in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing


You have the ability to lead and motivate colleagues and other stakeholders in times of change. You have a strong ability to build and maintain trustful working relationships to peers, Vattenfall internal customers and staff. You have effective communication, problem solving and collaboration skills. You have proven to be an excellent manager in the following areas: development of employees and acquirement and attraction of new talent, a strategic mindset as a leader, customer focus, building efficient teams and being able to facilitate innovation.
