MANAGER, EMEA DISPENSER PROGRAMS

Overview The Program Manager is part of Regional Dispenser Program Team and is responsible for delivery of all approved projects on time, on budget. Program Managers are assigned multiple projects for which they are responsible for delivering to predefined milestones and financial metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership of cross functional team that may consist of multiple core members that span all departments within Wayne. Team may also include external suppliers and contractors as relevant. - Is accountable to the financial metrics & performance of their assigned dispenser projects: - Leads process to establish internal project budgets (resources and costs) working with appropriate functional group. (Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Marketing etc) - Sets the milestones, deliverables and expectations for all core team members and creates a project plan. - Sets Project teams meeting schedule and objectives in line with all of the above. - Accountable to project timelines and budgets and is single point of contact for project updates. - Over-communicates project updates to ensure alignment across regional organization. - Ensures Business Case assumptions are accurate throughout project & will be delivered to a regional P&L. - Champions the NPD & Review Process - Quarterly Presentation to Product Development Board demonstrating execution and accurate updates of Milestones, Budgets, Timeline, Issues and Mitigation Plans - Ensures documentation for Projects is up to date and easily accessible. - Contributes to the design of tools (Sharepoint, WebEx, Documents etc) to facilitate process.
