Manager Finance Rosemount Tank Radar

Rosemount Level and Marine is a business within the Rosemount Measurement division of Emerson Process Management.[It includes Rosemount Tank Radar AB, headquartered in Sweden; Damcos A/S, headquartered in Denmark; and Mobrey Measurement Ltd., headquartered in the UK.Group sales in 2009 exceeded $350 million, and there are over 1200 employees worldwide.Primary locations include: Sweden, Denmark, China, Korea and England.The group provides tank management systems, products and services to the Marine, Tank Gauging and Process markets.[ In order to meet the demands within the new Level & Marine Organization, the Finance Department has created a new organizational structure.With the aim to give even a higher level of Financial Support, we are now looking for a Manager Finance for the Rosemount Tank Radar group (RTR).The primary objective of the role is to strengthen and to optimize the Finance team as well as to manage, plan and coordinate the RTR group's financial activities.Rosemount Tank Radar AB, with headquarters in Gothenburg, consists of six entities; Sweden, India, Finland, Bahrain, USA and Singapore.The annual sales volume is approximately 200 M$.Major responsibilities of the position include: * Direct supervision of ten employees in Sweden and functional oversight of approximately five employees in our other locations. * Ensure timely submission, accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data. * Direct the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements. * Responsible for compliance with local statutory accounting, tax and legal rules as well as US GAAP and Emerson's Corporate Policies and Procedures.Maintenance of appropriate internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley. * Direct and control monthly prognosis and the annual budgeting and financial planning processes. * Interpret the operating results as they affect the financial aspects of the company. * Responsible for control and management of Company's Assets. * Manage currency hedging according to company guidelines. * Ensure compliant inter-company transfer pricing structures.We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Finance, preferably a Master of Business and Administration.Five to ten years of commercial awareness is required, if possible within an international industrial manufacturing environment.Experience of working in a US Company with SOX and US Gap is an advantage.To be successful in this role we are looking for a result oriented individual who has experience from leading and planning work in a team.You are an excellent communicator at all levels, both in Swedish and English, and have high-quality analytical skills.Sine we are working in a complex and dynamic organization, we are looking for a flexible individual with good priority setting skills.The position will be located in Gothenburg and will require some travelling.You will report to Director Finance for Level & Marine.Last application date is January 8:th.
