Sandvik has implemented a new Human Resources delivery model and organizational structure. As part of this, the Talent and Performance Management Team will lead the way forward in Sandvik's ambition to build a strong Employer Branding and Talent Management function, enabling us to attract and retain the talent needed to achieve our business objectives.

We are now looking for a Manager for Talent and Performance Management - Sweden, to join our team to help with the development of our future goals and objectives and to lead the way in Diversity and Inclusion, Employer Branding and Talent & Performance Management.

The location for this position is flexible within Sweden, but Sandviken is the preferred location.

Key performance areas
Employer Branding
- In close collaboration with Line Managers and HRBPs, identify needs within the Employer Branding area
- Lead the implementation of the global framework at country level
- Conduct external benchmarking and maintain external and internal professional networks
- Share knowledge and best practice globally within the area
- Ensure alignment with the Global Subject Matter Expert

Diversity & Inclusion (D&I)
- Implement a D&I way of working
- Stimulate D&I awareness and build up competence
- Integrate D & I in target KPIs and follow up
- Integrate D & I in country communication plans

Performance Management (PM)
- Support annual PM process (line-driven process)

This position involves approximately four to six weeks of travel per year.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in HR or a related field. You have extensive experience in the subject areas and experience from working with Change Management and with strategic HR. Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal, are prerequisite.

You are a driven, self-motivated individual with proven experience in running projects and implementing change. You have profound business understanding and excellent facilitation skills, and can communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
