MANAGER HR SHARED SERVICES

Job Description
We are looking for a Manager HR Shared Services to our client in Solna.
In this role, you will have the responsibility for Core HR deliveries in Sweden, e.g., payroll, HR service desk (HR Direct), employee contracts, employee data management, etc. You will be part of People Services within Staff Function People & Culture. People Service is the HR shared service department for all countries.

The department consists of a total of 46 people, and you will have some who report directly to you. These are two managers for Payroll and HR Direct, as well as 7 project and process experts (5 internal + 2 consultants). You will report to VP People Services in an international Management Team.

Apart from running daily HR operations for their Swedish business, the team is in the middle of a digital transformation as part of an HR transformation program for all countries. Many changes will impact the current work and many employees out of these teams are involved in project preparations and testing. Managing the project activities is not part of this role, however you need to secure a close alignment between project and line organization in order to prepare together with the team in a way that secures service continuity and manageable handling.

Qualifications
- You have an academic degree in business administration, HR or similar.
- You have several years experienced in HR and HR processes.
- You have proven skills in leading people & leading business (both managed managers and directly reporting employees).
- You have worked with change and transformation, preferably in a HR service/operations environment.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start in the beginning of May, and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-11-03, with possible extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client in Stockholm. Please note, this assignment will need a Security interview before your start.
