Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) is responsible for all the IT infrastructure within Volvo Car Group globally. Our mission is to develop and deliver business valued IT infrastructure services to drive globalisation, growth and change, with continued cost efficiency. Our service areas spans from internal/external network communication, security, cloud, servers, storage, datacenter, monitoring, databases to end user services including servicedesk, onsite support, digital workplace, smartphones, tablets and unified communication.
Are you looking for a position where you can develop your leadership competencies, continue to build on your service management skills, as well as building and maintaining a network that includes people from all areas in the company? As Manager Infrastructure Delivery Services within IMS you will be a part of IMS Management team and report directly to the IT Director of IMS. Central for our continued success is the Infrastructure Delivery Team which today consists of 6 people (delivery managers and coordinators) managing business and project demands. The team channels demand from various business areas and interact on a daily basis with BLOs, PMs and line managers to capture today and tomorrows needs and guide these needs in early phases towards global services and solutions.

Main responsibilities
You are responsible for channeling and leading assignments that aim to deliver services for projects and general IT business demands from different customer stakeholders:

* You and your team manage key IMS business dialogue upstreams (business and IT departments) and downstreams (IMS Service Owners)
* You manage a team of Infrastructure Delivery Managers
* You manage indirectly suppliers responsible for request fulfillment of IT Infrastructure service catalogue towards the business and project community
* You represent Group IT and IMS towards the customer community and are accountable for our joint deliveries
* You bring your team to the higher levels of high performance and efficiency
* You constantly look for business value and what is best for Volvo Car Group
* You improve global collaboration and governance together with your team
* You perform business demand meetings for gathering of needs/requirements
* You inspire and coach your team
* You develop and fuel future service planning together with Service Owners by providing business demand
* You enable international collaboration with the global community
* You are the go-to-person in the engagement of IT Infrastructure services space
* You keep track of deviations and secure that they are handled properly and timely according to our processes and strategies

Required qualifications
You have at least 5 years of documented experience from IT leadership, preferably in the automotive industry.

* You have former experience from working with sales and customer satisfaction
* You have a University degree in IT
* You are fluent in English (written and spoken)

You are even more qualified to this position if your CV also includes:

* MBA diploma
* Leadership experience
* Experience of IT Service Management
* Experience of cloud, big data, automation, virtualisation implementations in global enterprises
