Manager Material Management VPLE

We are looking for a Manager - Material Management Eskilstuna. You will report to the General Manager Material Management Europe. You are a member of the Management team for the European Division Material Management Responsibilities: You have the responsibility for the Material Management operations in Eskilstuna towards: Volvo Trucks, Volvo Bus, Volvo Penta, Volvo CE and Renault Trucks. This covers the entire Supply Chain from suppliers to Regional Warehouses, throughout Volvo Parts warehouse structure. Mission: You manage the Material Management Eskilstuna organisation - consisting of 4 teams (approx. 50 employees) - to reach the targets on Deliveries, Quality and Cost according to Volvo Parts Business Plan You lead part of the Material Management Europe development plan, to achieve operational excellence, in conjunction of Volvo Parts European strategy You develop leadership and competences in your organisation. You foster the Volvo Way and Volvo Parts Values and Culture You develop the relationship with the Customers and Suppliers Required qualifications: You are customer focused and a strong communicator You are result oriented and committed to deliver You have organizational ability and a good structure You have a holistic view and a broad logistic background. University degree in Logistics is a merit. You have high leadership skills and a broad management experience You have very good networking skills and high ability to inspire other You are fluent in English. Swedish is a merit. Experience from different Business Areas is considered to be a merit
