Research, development and manufacturing is a match between Swedish know-how in manufacturing and design and Japanese advanced technology. Research and development is conducted as a collaborative effort between Swedish, Japanese, and Chinese engineers.

The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing.


Description
Our Manufacturing department is creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a Manager for Materials supply, Production Planning & Logistics. You will use your technical skills and your ability to lead others, as your role includes
- accountability for ensuring delivery according to agreed business plan, set targets and key performance indicators as being part of the Manufacturing Management
- strategic work, combined with demands for quick decisions in a
  changing environment
- continuous development of efficient processes and procedures
- cross functional cooperation
- developing and stimulate your team members to achieve
  excellent performance
- having technical skills in

- Materials Supply
- Volume planning,
- Order management,
- Production planning,
- In-and outbound logistics


Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has
- relevant experience and technical skills in the work areas,
  preferably in the automotive industry
- degree in Master of Science or equivalent experience
- documented management experience
- very good knowledge of the processes and each work areas as
  well as experience of Lean Production
- a supplier network

You master English, both spoken and written.
