Business Unit Liquid Food (BULF) is responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions, branded processing units and key components for the processing of liquid foods in the area of dairy, beverage and prepared food. We work closely with our clusters and customers to understand their true needs. To secure that we, create and convey our solutions that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers. BULF has approx. 500 employees in seven main sites: Sweden, USA, India, China, Singapore, Switzerland and Denmark.
What you will do 
As Manager for the Order Management team, you will be responsible for the complete order fulfilment delivery to our customers with a satisfactory result (right quality, in time and on budget) in a seamless and effective collaboration with markets and supply chain. You will have a key role in communicating and collaborating globally with colleagues in markets and regional production sites.
You will be responsible for the order execution including financial order follow up, as well as drive effective way of working such as minimizing rework and limiting uncontrolled changes. You will own and drive the strategy of the department and its successful implementation.
You will have a diverse team of approx. 10 people, working as Order Project Leaders, directly reporting to you as well as develop and maintain capabilities in the organisation. You will be a member of the Operations Engineering management team in Lund. 
This role is based in Lund, Sweden and will require some travelling.
You will focus on
• Grow and maintain capability within the Order Management team
• Drive activities to improve the quality of the order processes and variation order handling
• Grow and maintain professional network with Clusters, Supplier Management, Production and other BULF organizations
• Plan and follow up objectives/budget for the department and direct reports
Who you are 
To be successful in this role you need to be a professional, experienced and team-oriented leader. You like to work pro-actively and get energized by last-minute customer requests and can motivate a team in a changing environment. You are eager to learn and share these learnings with your team. You are excellent at communication, networking and have a strong skill in delegation to grow your team.
We believe you have an Engineering degree and at least 7 years of experience within commissioning and/or trouble shooting in a factory environment, in the processing of food industry. You have experience in leading a team and are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Project management background and experience is beneficial.
