Position Overview:
As a Manager of Process Engineering, you will be responsible driving the process engineering team to achieve continuous improvement of the product/process as well as researching state of the art technologies. You will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the highest product quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement, evaluate existing manufacturing processes, and develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.


Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, conducting root cause analyses, and facilitating process improvement projects.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in process engineering methodologies, tools, and techniques. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements to drive innovation within the organization.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Operations, Supply Chain and Validation, to ensure effective implementation of process improvements and facilitate seamless integration of new processes.
Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain documentation of process engineering standards, procedures, and best practices. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate process performance, improvement initiatives, and recommendations to senior management.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all process engineering activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.


Proven experience (5+ years) in process engineering, preferably in battery manufacturing or battery research
In-depth knowledge of process optimization methodologies, such as Six Sigma and DoE planning
Proficiency in using process simulation and analysis tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
