Parts & Service business is a major growth driver for Alfa Laval and in the focus of customer expectations.Based on our achievements in infrastructure, service culture and the Parts & Service business plan we have a dedicated Regional Business Management function in order to execute our business strategies.The Manager will continue to drive, motivate and inspire the team to achieve their challenging targets.To lead this function we are looking for an experienced Business or Sales Manager that can combine leadership with business management for an own region.But above all we are looking for someone who will find inspiration in joining us to lead Process Parts & Service (PPS), into an exciting and challenging future.The position as Regional Business Manager combines a management function of 2 professional staff, as well as an operative responsibility as Regional Business Manager for Asia/Pacific.You will also be an important team member of the Parts & Service Management team.As Manager, Regional Business Management, your key tasks will be: * Together with the PPS Management team, develop and implement Parts &Service strategy and products in sales companies within your region * Drive, inspire and coach the regional business managers to develop, support and follow-up[ PPS sales. * Serve as the regional Business Manager for Asia/Pacific covering the PPS business development in 13 sales companies * Own and drive the market planning process for the business segment.. * Initiate and support activities[ to capture the Parts & Service potential of installed equipment[ - locally and regionally across borders * Initiate and support development of local resources and competences * Target-setting, benchmarking and[ performance follow-up Who are you?We are looking for a person with a university degree and minimum 7 years sales experience from a strategic service business.Proven track record of developing sales and sales organizations.Experience from leading and managing professional staff is essential.As a person we expect you to be inspired by the challenges of Service Business.You have experience from working with customers and striving to turn customer expectations into business.You are a good communicator with initiative, drive and energy.You work easily across cultural and international borders within an organization.In this position you will be traveling frequently.
