Manager Tracking and Test Tools

Your role

As a manager for Tracking and Test Tools, you will be over all responsible for the group in terms of projects deliveries, budget, employee wellbeing, strategic development and resource and competence planning. You will be Design Responsible for the Target Tracking and all the test tools used during development and integration of the sensors. You will be a Team Coach to one or two development teams with members from your and other groups. You will have line manager responsibility for approximately 15 people.

You will also be part of SDP Application Leadership Team. The leadership team works closely together and members contribute with their individual experiences and strengths. Together we are creating an engaging, including work environment and work towards our vision to strengthen our employees, and increase the level of self-governance in our teams.

What you will be a part of

Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions, and traffic management systems.



The group Tracking and Test Tools within Surface Engineering at Radar Solution is now looking for a driven manager. The group is responsible for Target Tracking within the signal and data processing unit (SDU) in our current and future world-class radars. Development of Test Tools for control and evaluation of the sensors are also a part of the group's responsibility. The group works in a team based environment with agile ways of working. The group members work in product-oriented team where we strive for a high degree of self-governance.



This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
