Manufacturing Engineer - Tool Construction Specialist

We are looking for a Production Development Engineer to join our team at HVDC Valve Assembly. You will work in a team to create innovative processes that makes our manufacturing more efficient. You have a proactive mindset, are clear and crisp in your communication and you put challenging targets both on the organization and yourself.
We believe for you to be successful in this role, you thrive working in an agile environment, as well as you have the ability to anticipate change and deliver on targets at the same time.
Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for production development projects.
Investments in automation, equipment and development of processes and methods.
Your main task will be construction and developing tools and fixtures, ensuring time, cost and quality.
Introduce new products to manufacturing and site installation.
Work includes tailored tools/equipment development, and layout optimization among all. Identify and recommend improvement opportunities in a fast growing business.
